RE: Hi there! My name is Noel Weiser and I“m putting a monthly magazine together called SL Homes and Gardens. It's a magazine about homes, architecture, interior designs, landscaping and so on. I had the thought about contacting someone at NCI for a “How to” monthly article on building and prims. So I wrote Beverly Montgomery a notecard to see if she would do it. I would give NCI 1/2 page ad space at no cost, which could include a class schedule, in return. I've belonged to NCI for over a year and really am thankful they were there for me. Anyhow, Beverly gave me your name and said that she gave you the notecard. I would like to know how NCI stands on this arrangement. It would give NCI additional coverage and an outlet for new citizens to learn various building techniques. Please let me know as I'm getting things set up now and I'm shooting for the first isue to come out by November this year. I await your response and appreciate your help! Noel Weiser
