Premoting

1. Officers must have been in the helper role for at least ## months.
2. A helper may either put themselves forward by asking an SLO, or be suggested by a SLO.
3. The SLO posts a thread to the forum with the proposed Officer' name.
4. If no negative resposes, the name is passed to Beverly who contacts the proposed Officer to arrange a time for orientation/training.
5. Once Beverly has orientated/trained the new Officer, Beverly invites them to the LH group and gives them the the role.
