+It's a party! At NCI beach! A theme is announced each week and all are invited to come in costume according to the theme. Prizes will be given to the 3 top vote recipients for best costume according to theme.
 Dance, meet people, ask questions, and win prizes and L$! Then dance some more! Come on over to NCI Beach and bring your swimsuits! (If you don't have one, don't worry--we have free ones).
