NCI Human Resources director

The NCI Human resources officer help staff NCI, keep an eye out on staff at all level to ensure that their needs are met. They, in collaboration with the rest of the team see to it that we have the manpower necessary to fulfill the myriads of tasks necessary for the smooth, easy and consistent running of NCI.

• Assists in recruiting new staff, from helpers to members of the Board of Directors
• Assists new staff with orientation, training and familiarizing with rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Organization Development.
  • Creates job descriptions
  • Creates and maintains procedures
• Works in tandem with the communication department to keep volunteers informed and happy.
• Coaches in tandem with the various staff to assist the volunteer in increasing their skills
• Offers input on Policy with an eye to keeping staff at all levels happy and effective at their roles.
• Team Building.Asists individual in learning to better collaborate and communicate with each other to achieve desired outcomes.
• Helps keep inter-organisation communication smooth, including helper to helper and cross level communications. May, if necessary, serve as impartial third party to assist in resolving disputes.
